I saw two Tour Divide race riders in Salida on Friday. While camped out at a table at Cafe Dawn (ex Vic's barista, best coffee in Salida says Molly, who should know since she drinks enough of the vile liquid), I saw a guy ride up on an bike with full bike packs, and I think an Erikson (sp?) bike, asking where Absolute Bikes is. Another rider was sitting at a gas station, looking mildly dazed. Tough race...
