When life gives you lemonade...

Well you dropkick life right in the nut-sack son, hi-YA! Weekend started on abummer note for Das Alfords with Trout burning his hands under some hot water at daycare (of course at 4:50pm on a Friday with the docs office vacated for the weekend) and Highroller and Chainsaw driving around in a tizzy, in a blizzard. Sweet! Well luckily we birthed (well one of us did anyways) a tough little nugget and he shortly calmed down as we treated him to every home remedy in the books. Mostly though he liked dipping his hands in a pot of cold water 2-3 times a minute for the rest of the night. So much so that we finally put him to bed with the pot on a stool next to his crib. Of course we were worked too. Nothing worse than seeing your child in pain. FR plans shot we decided to kick ol' man winter right in the jewel box this weekend taking TSA for his first sled runs, making a pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, a wicked t-bone and treating ourselves to brekkie on the town this morning. Mostly though we taught Trout to kick ass! Here he is defeating evil in Gotham City...all day baby!
