Cheese-O made the trek to COSMIC Winter Wild race at Snowmass, minus his trusty companions from last year (their presence was sorely missed). However, this year I brought a camera and shaved 1:14 off my time from last year.
1. The skin track up to high alpine. The eventual women's tele winner is just in front of me.
2. The view just after the last uphill transition, looking back to Snowmass.
3. Starting the last skinning section.
4. Sweet scenery off the ridge to Buttermilk.

Great job Matt. Thanks for representing us so well during the first race of the series. The scenery didn't look quite this good through fogged-over sunglasses last year. Maybe we should explore some of this terrain under more casual conditions.
