Solo effort from Highroller reaped some solid turns on the steeps off the Divide and many, many bowel-clenching moments on the toe tips as the slush grabbed my (very) scratched ski bases. Could be the last hurrah at the resorts (though I do have one ticket in reserve for this Sunday at Loveland...anyone?) and the launch of spring backcountry season! D. "Bacon" Ryan is itching to hit 'Radio Beacon' via Forest Lakes on Saturday, which sounds like a long painful day to me...I'm in!
