Spent five hours Saturday on the swingle in the delightful company of Richard M patrolling the West Magnolia trails (in sweet shape!) and a couple bonus hours in the even more delightful company of Marty en route to the Blue Dots. No fires, no one got shot and Rose and I successfully resisted the urge to run over obliviously wandering tourists in Nederland for the holiday, so we'll call that a win. If you're interested in digging some dirt I will be leading a trail crew on June 2 (National Trails Day) working to finish up the new loop at Heil Ranch. Looks like I missed out on a good ride at White on Monday unfortunately but we did get 2/3rds of the workshop painted so that's something... ;)
