"The faster I pedal, the sooner I can retire" -- my mantra of the day during the Firecracker was something I'd heard Lance say after his second place finish in Stage 2 of the TdF.
I was shooting for top 5, but placed 8th. No yellow jersey in my quiver. But I have scabs that could rival MOA's.
