Ever Drive on Highway 14?

After a lovely weekend in Steamboat, we decided to take the scenic route home. Highway 14 was beautiful, a great detour.

Another beautiful day.

Hiked to Arapahoe Lakes from East Portal on Saturday. It is such a perfect spot I didn't even miss my bike...well maybe a little.

Yet the trails are still calling! Gonna swing the singlespeed over to Emerald Mtn tonight and enjoy the killer leaf display going on all over Steamboat before the white stuff shuts us down. Then I guess I'll have to break this beast out...note the fork-mounted thermos!

I hope Loni took some better pics of the 35+ Cat 4 race where Cheese-O & Pete lined up. Sean & a rarely seen Matt Glick staged with the 3's. Sean got a good start and finished in the top 10. Well done Sasquatch. Thanks Alison & Loni for moral support
