Eldora nordic skiing

Don't know if any of you have an Eldora nordic pass, but I am heading up there this afternoon for about 2-3 hours of skating, and will probably do a few more weekday skis before bike season starts in earnest. If you are interested in getting a ride up there to trudge up and down the nordic trails, let me know.

Holey schneiky's, that was a blast!  Great to see such a gathering in honor of Dash's big 40 (and or sniffing around for free bbq).  Thanks to Brendan, D-Ash and Shannon Elizabeth for hosting!And awesome work to all who tried out the 45 degree banking on the track of terror, that was fun!

RIP Franco

Two time winner at Roubaix and one of the true 'hard men' of the peloton, went on to become head of the highly successful Italian National Team (rainbow stripes with Cipollini, Ballan & Bettini), then dabbled in rally racing, which ultimately took his life last week.  Not a bad run...

Owch!

The Champ takes two for the team (and is still hobbling today.)  Time to blast off all the rustiness of winter and get lean and mean!
