New rippings
Took Andrew out for his first mountain bike ride today. Did Hobbit trail and Rose's loop, and he rocked it! He's a natural and I think we have a new bike addict on our hands. Now if only he wasnt in school and had money to buy a bike...

Caribou descent Aug 11th
It was quite a hectic weekend (and week since for that matter) but it all started off with a beautiful hike thru elk country with Dave Ryan and a great little descent on firm slightly cupped snow. As is my wont I pretzled the first turn but made a great 15 turns afterwards to drop into the top of this pristine valley, mere miles from Nederland, overlooking all of Boulder/Denver below us. Took to some wily paths made by Grandfather Elk on the bushwack out and were eating a well deserved lunch at Sundance by noon. Little did Rose and I know that would be our last meal for about 30 hours...

RunSTURun
Hello tEaM. What a weekend. My buddy Stu ran 75mi of the Leadville 100, and Jess and I were fortunate enough to have been on his support crew. Check out his blog-site; www.runsturun.blogspot.com. I've also included some photos of me losing my stuff as I am pacing him over Hope Pass in driving rain and hail. For anyone who is crazier than a sh*thouse rat to want to try this race, it truly is inspirational and quite an experience.

PURE POWER.
Rain Delay
The Greenhouse is actually a comfortable place to hang out in a downpour. The house would have worked too, but I guess we were roughing it a bit?
